Through Bates Technical College, Old Town Cooperative Preschool offers a variety of educational programs and seminars throughout the year for parents of young children.  Co-op parents receive one parent ed credit, toward the required eight credits, for each session attended. Evening sessions are generally held at the Bates South Campus. Topics may include information about sibling relationships, child self management, positive discipline, language and literacy and preparing children for school success.

Credits may also be earned through participation in Old Town Cooperative Preschool events and other educational opportunities throughout the school year.
